Whether you are new to boxing or have a background in the sport, DBG offers a variety of classes to suit your needs. Personal training is also available for those who are interested in an individualized exercise program.

YOUTH PROGRAM (ages 8-17)

Youth classes held Tuesdays & Thursdays
- 4-5:00pm, Boxing Fitness & Conditioning: The first hour of the program offers a total body workout to get youth moving and into fighting shape. We begin each session with a proper warm-up and progress into the conditioning that includes jumping rope and body weight exercises such as sit-ups, push-ups, etc.
- 5-6:00pm, Boxing Skill-Building: Youth really interested in learning boxing will continue into the second hour of training that focuses on building their boxing skills and improving technique. This includes heavybag training, mitt-work training, one-on-one learning with the instructor, and sparring.
