Whether you are new to boxing or have a background in the sport, DBG offers a variety of classes to suit your needs. Private training is also available for those who are interested in a customized training program.

In our boxing fitness classes we do everything fighters do to get in top condition including core training, body weight exercises, jumping rope, heavybag training, and more. Our classes are for adults of all fitness levels and ranges of boxing experience. This class is well-suited for those looking to get in the best shape possible while learning correct boxing technique.

The Beginner’s Boxing Camp is our most technique-saturated offering. Over the course of four weeks (12 classes total), you will learn everything you need for a solid boxing foundation, including how to stand correctly and throw punches, how to hit the heavy bags, and more! This offering is best-suited for those wanting to learn boxing from the ground up or those needing to brush-up on fundamentals.  Limited spaces available. Must be registered. Led by DBG’s resident female trainer, our 12-class camp teaches women the fundamentals of boxing in a safe, body-positive environment. Build and tone lean muscle with real boxing conditioning that targets the areas most important to women such as the abs, arms, glutes, and legs. Conditioning includes core and flexibility training, strength and endurance training, and cardiovascular exercise. This camp is suitable for all fitness levels; no prior experience required. Limited spaces available. Must be registered. Register online by clicking here. 

$5/hour, or $10/day!
(ages 8-17)

Youth classes are held Tuesdays & Thursdays, 4-6pm.
  • 4-5:00pm, Boxing Fitness & Conditioning: The first hour of the program offers a total body workout to get youth moving and into fighting shape. We begin each session with a proper warm-up and progress into the conditioning that includes jumping rope and body weight exercises such as sit-ups, push-ups, etc.
  • 5-6:00pm, Boxing Skill-Building: Youth really interested in learning boxing will continue into the second hour of training that focuses on building their boxing skills and improving technique. Private training is for those wanting a workout or training plan tailored to their needs. We offer private training for individuals who prefer to work in a one-on-one setting, and for small groups, corporate groups, and organizations wanting to train together. Some want weight-loss and toning, while others want to learn technique or a hybrid of both. Either way, our staff is highly knowledgeable in fitness and boxing to help you reach your goals, whatever they are.
